Can I rent or buy an email list to use with the EMOS service?

The only email lists you can use with the EMOS system are those you buy from us.   These lists will be automatically provisioned into your account.  Please read our ANTI-SPAM policy. Please read our ANTI-SPAM policy.

What happens to my list after I upload it in to EMOS?

Your EMOS list lives securely behind a full service firewall and all access to the webserver/database management system is very a secure password system in which you will be supplied a username and passwod.  For more details read our Email Privacy Policy. read our Email Privacy Policy.

How does pricing work?

You pay for the service monthly with pricing starting at only $19.95 per month! Compare that at up to $150 per month from other vendors.

Yes if you don’t know html text is immediately available.

Yes unless you use one of our stock letters.

What if I want my email campaign to match my website and I don't see a standard template that looks like it will work?

What does EMOS do to make sure my emails get delivered?

EMOS has standing relationships and ongoing dialogue with many of the leading ISPs and blacklists. This includes the sharing of information regarding policies, practices and issues. EMOS has dedicated resources on the team to make sure that we do everything possible to make sure that your email gets delivered successfully.

Getting Started

What do I have to do to set up EMOS?

After purchase of your EMOS account and you have been assigned a login and password the majority of your basic setups will have been completed for you.

Is there training available?

It is available through our support email address, audio and video training contact your representatative for teh specifics.

Email Campaign Reporting

Can I see who opens my email campaigns?

Yes, you can see the email addresses of who opened your emails as well as those who clicked on what links within your emails. You also have the ability to then export those "open" or "click-thru" email addresses in to a new interest category of their own!

Does EMOS give me any information on the bounced emails?

Yes! EMOS has a bounce management feature that allows you to see which addresses bounced.
